Warm and welcoming staff. Traditional Spanish-style accommodation. Comfortable beds and heating. Delicious slow-cooked leg of lamb.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Located in the middle of extensive beef cattle farms is a plus for nature lovers. The dark heavy furniture and quality beds in the traditional Spanish style accommodation gives a unique touch. The woman who welcomed us and the restaurant staff were very friendly.
The lack of variety in breakfast and the noise from the adjoining dining room were not great. The music in the morning had a banging beat, not very pleasant to wake up to.

the room was furnished with solid traditional Spanish furniture and had heating radiators and air conditioning. the quality towels in the smallish bathroom were a plus. the friendly staff welcomed us warmly and served a delicious slow-cooked leg of lamb for dinner.
The breakfast of a slice of toast and a small piece of cake was underwhelming.

This off, the, beaten, track village offers a real taste of rural Spain. the traditional, style room had quality beds, with both heating radiators and air conditioning. the locals and staff were friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere feel extra special. Half, board options on the hotel's website represented good value for money, with an enjoyable dinner in the Spanish style.
The lack of other restaurants or places to eat in the village meant that diners had to rely solely on the Mesa del Conde. Music choices in the morning were a bit overpowering and could have been more carefully selected, so as not to spoil the peaceful morning ambiance.
